「Brand new studio with all you need for a few days’ stay. Very nicely designed and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the city centre, supermarket, coffee shops. The only minus point is that the Vander app for checkin and digital key did not work for me. I never received the confirmation sms. In any case you can also check in at the self service checkin kiosk on the ground floor, and you can get your keycards from there. 」

「整体房间很大，有阳台，面对河和山，很漂亮。是一次很好的体验。就是晚上入住如果超过九点办理，每小时要付200挪威克朗，超过11点每小时400克朗。小伙伴注意了。还有hotels上的价格并不包含清洁费，所以还要额外付25%的清洁费。」

「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「The place is new inside. Has a new bathroom and kitchen. A sofa bed and the bed are on the smallish side but comfortable. The living space consists of a single room with a bedroom surrounded by glass. It is cozy and practical. It is at the center of everything and we never needed public transport inside the city. Will definitively stay here again and recommend it.」

「This was a wonderful apartment in a perfect location in Bergen to walk to any of the sites you’d like It was easy to find and check in was a breeze. 「Hadde leilighet nr 1 i første etasje. Enkelt med inn/ utsjekk. God plass, 3 soverom med dobbeltsenger, 2 boder i tilknytning til 2 av soveromma. Det eine soverommet, pluss bod, er i kjeller, trapp innvendig. Det er ventilasjonsanlegg i kjeller, derfor luftig og fint der og. Spisebord med 6 stoler. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig reint og fint. Stille og rolig nabolag når vi var der. Litt vanskelig med parkering rett ved, men det er ikkje så altfor langt til parkeringshus. Det er og mulig å parkere...

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
