Would like to be transparent about our experience. Upon arrival, we found substantial evidence that the home had not been cleaned thoroughly, as documented in photos. There was a strong, unpleasant odor—likely from kitty litter—which may have been a known issue given the number of air freshener plug‑ins throughout the property. This was particularly concerning due to allergies within our family.We also noted numerous marks, smudges, and stains on the walls and floors, including what appear to be burn holes on the bar stools and sofa. Additionally, we encountered a significant number of insects inside the home. While this may be partially related to the time of year, it was difficult to determine given the overall condition of the property.Although we did enjoy the pool area, we ultimately spent limited time at the house because of these issues.
