「The door handle needs to be pulled towards you when turning the key to open the door. When locking it the key needs to be turned anti clockwise before turning it clockwise in order to work. A bit of a faff; I had to ring the host to help gain access for the first time. Host arrived very quickly to assist.
Bed is very firm and the pillows are not the best. Cutlery could do with replacing. Otherwise all good.
