Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive throughout our stay. However, the listing could be clearer in a couple of important areas. This rental is a basement apartment, which wasn’t clearly stated in the description. It was also a bit confusing to figure out exactly where the unit was located upon arrival. Additionally, the listing mentions the unit as being 3,944 sq ft, but that measurement appears to be for the entire house including the upstairs, not just the basement apartment. Overall, the stay was fine, but updating the listing with more accurate details would set clearer expectations for future guests.
