「We had a medical emergency where we couldnt make our reservation. We tried calling the hotel 3 times, emailed them twice, and also had our expedia rep contact them. Didnt even try to understand or accommodate and never replied to our one email. We have doctors notes and paperwork yet they refused to rebook or give our money back. Horrible customer service. The manager no where to be found. We were looking to do a fun night in Lindos. In 2026 where tourism in that area is strong, you would think...

「I would 100% recommend this Hotel! We felt very welcomed and relaxed! The only inconvenience was a blonde waitress at the main restaurant, which was very rude to us. But outside from that, the staff was very helpful and nice! Great hotel.」

「Fabulous stay at the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly. Ate at the blue fin fine dining restaurant and it was exceptional both in food and service. Beach was rocky however there are platforms where you can climb in and out of if needed to avoid the rocks. Beach bar drinks and food were also terrific. Hotel is a 5 minute drive from lindos town which was convenient. Highly recommend the hotel.」
