"This hotel is pretty amazing because it’s right next to Disneyland! I really loved how the property is surrounded by beautiful, green gardens—it’s a lovely escape from the city. Plus, the gated area made me feel super safe walking around as a solo traveller. The room was perfect sizing and super clean, I had a wonderful time there. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful; I had such an amazing stay that I even stayed an extra night! The hotel has a really cosy homey feel. I really enjoyed coming back from the Disney fireworks and having dinner. The breakfast was also fantastic. And the laundry service was great and not too expensive compared to other hotels in Shanghai Pudong. I’m definitely going to stay here again next time and recommend it to all my friends and family who want to visit Shanghai Disney."

"Stayed two nights with little ones. There’s nothing around it but they have a small restaurant. Breakfast, Disney and airport shuttle included. Got the room with a slide that the kids loved but I wouldn’t stay again. Rooms need TLC and the staff were super nice."

"I gave the 1 start to Expedia,not the Hotel, the Hotel was wonderful the staff, the room, everything was perfect about the Hotel. I booked a 4 adult room and Expedian booked 2 adult 2 chicken, which was so wrong and I ended up buying a second room just because Expedian mistake, so disappointed."

"It was very nice stay. Staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet was very nice also. Transfer to the airport after my stay, they sent me to the wrong airport. I had to pay triple taxi fare to get to the right one so I wouldn't miss my flight."

"Hi , Ni Hao. The hotel was so clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . Although , I did not managed to use it as we only had a limited time .. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff that we met with my daughter in the reception from day one till we checked out had loads of patience. 😊😊😊😊😊Every time I go and ask for questions they are really helpful in translating it to English from Chinese . They both wears a smile and willing to help .The shuttle is free going to Disneyland Shanghai.( only around 18 minutes from this hotel) There are options in the buffet breakfast , so you can choose what you want . I hope I took a photo with the two staff that accommodated as when we arrived so I can ask for their names .They are pretty , always wears a smile and are willing to help . I have left the Teddy Stuff toy in the room and is waiting for it to get arranged and shipped.
