3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Overall it was good

Breakfast was great. Overall experience was good except I booked the room with 2 adults and 2 kids and they had one kid in their system. Another thing is that they don’t have parking and maybe they have but it is always full. We had to park the car in the parking house.

Basic and oldish property

An average and basic hotel. Seems to a very old property that could be maintained much better. Was there only for overnight sleep...so that was okay.

Extremely cold room. My colleague organized me an electric heater and there wasn’t even a socket next to the bed so I had to plug it in at the desk. I had it running at full power for 8 1/2 h during which I didn’t move from under the 2 comforters until the room had an acceptable temperature.

Good breakfast and good location. But to be honest for that price and that brand I would expect better rooms. They are ok but absolutely not the standard you would expect. Poor airconditioning, rooms and bathrooms seem to come from the 1980's. allmost no plugs for electronic and the floor of the hallways look like there has been a water leakage.

Walking distance to railway station. Very cold in the room, asked for an extra blanket and got a duvet... Asked for cleaning, but didn't get it. Nice receptionist Rebecka helped out several times. Limited menu in the restaurant.

Tycker rummet var ganska dåligt städat, samt svartmögel och kalkavlagringar i hela duschen. Badrummet kändes överlag ofräsch, gammal och sliten. Högljudd ventilation i badrummet som störde. Väldigt lyhört till andra rum och till korridoren. Var svårt att somna när det pågick någon fest/konferens på hotellet och var mycket spring och pratande i korridoren utanför. Sängen var skön och bekväm, samt att frukost och service var bra, inget att klaga på där.
