Room was nice and clean, but was quite cold overnight. Staff were very welcoming. We didn’t use the pool/gym facilities but it’s good that the option was there. Julie was great she met us when we got there afternoon tea that she adjusted to my lack of sweet teeth but still delighted my wife on her birthday, waved us off and gave us our privacy in-between.
