The staff were all really friendly and spoke a decent level of English. And the breakfast was really good. We would happily stay here again if we return to Xi’an."

"Clean room, only hoped the carpet surrounding the bed was clean. Looked stained, needs washing. Breakfast was decent. Free washer& dryer was awesome! Would have liked to borrow a steamer to keep in the room for daily use, only had 1 large steamer which is located in the laundry room. But otherwise, a good stay. Rooms are pretty soundproof."

"Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, super helpful with planning tours and giving local recs. Gym was super clean and spacious, though the machines were limited. A little further from metro stations than expected, but super close to 不夜城 which was amazing for food and shopping. "
