「Location was convenient for skiing Sugar. The home doesn’t have central heating or air so it might be too cold or too hot, depending on the season. They have many blankets for the bed rooms but could use an addition of a space heater in the living area. There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the blinds aren’t enough to block out the street lights so be aware if you’re light sensitive. 」

「The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The "ConciAir Team" was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue. 」
