I have never had such polite and helpful people at a resort. Any negative areas that this resort has is more than made up for in the quality of their employees. "Very comfortable and spacious room, with a small desk, 4 post bed with mosquito net, air conditioning and decent size storage room. Bathroom was nice too. Staff were very nice and friendly and helped with laundry, scooter rental and tours. Great location to Lipah beach with amazing snorkeling to see coral fish and turtles"

"Santai is a beautiful place to stay while in Amed. The staff is super friendly and kind, they really add to the experience. The pool was so lovely, the units themselves too. The good was excellent at the hotel restaurant and we loved the access to the water. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic. Washroom could use a deep cleaning and the water had a foul smell. Ran out of snorkeling equipment, but could rent from nearby vendors. Pool was lovely next to the beach. Great cafe across the street and easy to walk to other nearby restaurants and stores."

"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. I learned that everyone in this area knows everyone! So if you need anything, just ask them and they will find a way to make it happen! I...

A pessoa chegou e informou-nos que iríamos ficar sozinhos no hotel, sem nenhum funcionário nem restaurante como consta nas especificações. Recusamos e agora o hotel recusa a devolução do dinheiro. "
