“We stayed for two nights on a family vacation and the location was great. The rooms were perfect and the beds very comfortable… Staff was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was substantial in the mornings as well! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately, our room had a strong odor similar to mouse urine when the heater was turned on, which made our stay much less comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room also was not what we expected.
Also, there were not enough bath towels provided for everyone in our group to shower. When we requested additional towels, we were given a mix of floor mats, hand towels, and washcloths rather than bath towels.
On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly during our stay.”

“We checked in and immediately adjusted the temperature in the room and set out on our excursion. We returned a couple hours later and the temperature was about the same. We lowered the temperature again and headed to the pool. While at the pool we discovered the restroom was very unclean! I sent a text message as requested and the response was questions. Did the toilet overflow? What happened? I didn’t know what happened. I was simply reporting an issue I discovered. Again met with questions.……
