"Tolles Appartement, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und schön ruhig. Zoo Leipzig und verschiedene Restaurants/Lokale bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziges Manko sind die Parkmöglichkeiten, wir haben dann aufgrund der geringen Entfernung (500m) im Parkhaus des Tiergartens geparkt. Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert, jederzeit gerne wieder! "

"We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "Die Umgebung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber Probleme gab es jetzt keine. Die Wohnungs ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und ich konnte unser kleines Versehen mit der Gefrierschranktür ohne großes Aufheben wieder in Ordnung bringen. Vielen Dank nochmal hierfür :)"

"Wir haben uns auf diesen Familien Urlaub gefreut. Ein Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht,leider war das 2.Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer,genau an der Toilette und Bad.Das ganze Objekt roch sehr modrig,wir waren bestimmt nach dem Winter die ersten,die das Objekt bewohnt haben. Auch der Außenbereich,Terrasse,hätte man mal abkehren können.Für den Preis,haben wir schon viel bessere Objekte gebucht.Für uns kommt dieses Objekt nicht mehr in Frage."

"The flat is quiet, large, clean, comfortable and very well appointed and our host, Dirk, was extremely helpful. The lounge - formerly a shop - is quirky. There’s a small balcony overlooking the car park area for all the flats. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the tram and approx. 10 minutes’ tram ride into the centre of Leipzig."

"Great location just beside the train station. It’s a newer property so everything is in good condition. The rooms are small but that’s to be expected in Europe. It’s very quiet.
