「A very nice place to stay and walk around. The room is a little bit small, but it’s fine for me. The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful! Also, they have very nice breakfast! I will want to come again if I fly to Lisboa! Stay there was definitely a lovely “memory.”」

「I had a very nice stay ! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. However, the staff is not the most friendly and didn't bring up my attention on calling taxi cost. The cost is 5 times more expensive than usual and I only know when the taxi driver charged me.」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。」

「Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms. The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around...
