Basic, but good!

No frills, but clean and comfy. Of all my rentals for this trip, FINALLY some soft, high thread count sheets! I slept like a baby in the queen bed. Lots of towels provided as well! Good location with view of the ocean!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du tram 28, grand, lumineux, deux belles chambres, la propreté en général est à revoir (mouton de poussière sous les lits, sol abimé, tiroirs non nettoyés, douche bouchée car les cheveux n'ont pas été enlevé) mais surtout notre séjour a été entaché par des punaises de lit situé dans le grand au lit double. Nous avons averti le propriétaire, sans réponse de sa part. Dommage.

Nous n'etions visiblement pas attendus!!!

Nous n'avons reçu aucune information avant, personne ne nous attendait, le propriétaire ne repondait ni à nos appels, ni à nos messages. L'appartement n'a pas ete nettoyé, les draps et linge pas changé. Un peu stressant quand on arrive dans une ville étrangère en fin de journée !

Der Vermieter hat uns bei der Ankunft gesagt das unser gebuchtes Apartment nicht zur Verfügung steht wegen Bettwanzen im Zimmer mit Etagenbetten. Deshalb hat er uns zwei Apartments als alternative angeboten eins im Erdgeschoss und eins jeweils im Dachgeschoss mit je einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa. Da wir aber als Familie verreist sind mit 4 Kindern unter 10 Jahren kam das für uns nicht in Frage als ich ihn gebeten habe unser Geld zugeben damit wir nach einer anderen Unterkunft schauen können meinte er nein das müssen wir über FeWo machen dies habe ich versucht ging leider nicht. Dann kam noch hinzu das das Zimmer in Erdgeschoss erst um 13 Uhr fertig sein wird obwohl Check In um 12 Uhr war. Dort angekommen um 13:40 Uhr sahen wir zwei Putzfrauen am bügeln er habe ihnen nicht Bescheid gegeben dass wir das Apartment ab 13:00 Uhr haben dürfen. Am Ende sind wir nur in das untere Apartment geblieben, denn in dem oberen gab es Kakelarken im Bad.

The only negative was the wifi. But easy to buy a 40 GB sim card for 10 Euro from one of the many market stores close by. Portable AC, but we didn't need it much given we were there middle of September and it cooled at night naturally. Big bedroom, lots of room for the suitcases. Shower with really good water flow. Likes the place.

enttäuschend!

Leider eine lieblose Unterkunft in schlechtem Zustand (Schimmel/Rost im Bad, zerbrochenes Schlafsofa, defekte Elektrik). Ein Wasserrohrbuch (dem Vermieter offenbar bereits bekannt) in der darüberliegenden Wohnung führte zu akutem Wassereinbruch im Bad und Ausfall der Elektrik. Nutzung des Bades nicht möglich. Keine Reaktion des Vermieters bei versuchter Kontaktaufnahme. Schlechte Schallisolierung - störende Nachbarn.

Bien situé

Notre hôte était très serviable et de bon conseil. L appartement était propre confortable et joliment agencé. Il est situé proche du centre de Graça.Malheureusement les locataires des 2 étages supérieurs étaient très bruyants et nous avons passé une nuit blanche malgré l intervention de notre hôte.
