This was perfect for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. We didn’t cook there but it seemed to have everything needed.We agree with the other reviews about it being up a steep hill but as iong as you’re reasonably fit then it is not a problem. Would stay again!

Carla is a great host, the little apartment is in a great location walking distance to Rossio Square!! It was a perfect spot to stay to be close to everything!!

We were happy to have this little apartment in a very central location to use as a base for our exploration of the city. We were able to explore on foot to most of the sights. A small confusion on getting in solved easily by communicating directly with the owner but it would have been helpful to have a functioning light in our landing so we could see the lock box with key. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom and it was helpful to have dishwasher and washing machine.

Great location, friendly, historic neighborhood accessible to true old Lisbon. Markets, cafes, bars on our street, which was VERY steep. Parking is a bit of an issue. Woukd definitely stay again.

We were delighted to be so close to tourist attractions and quiet side streets alike. There's ready access to markets and public transportation that makes it even more convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable! We felt safe and at home.

The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped for staying and cooking in but restaurant’s abound nearby. Old Lisbon - can walk to important sights.The old stone road is steep but there is view of the river from the little step out balcony.

We loved our stay here in an authentic Lisbon property. The street view, interior and locality gave you the feel of how locals lived but with modern amenities. Just a short walk downhill to historic centre. We really enjoyed Lisbon and our accomodation. Great communication from Paulo and Carla and thanks to them for their kind welcome pack and nice touches in the apartment. Highly recommended.
