Gem in the City
We loved the way the property felt. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. The terrace was such a nice bonus. Our hosts were absolutely great and helpful. We were 2 blocks from one of the big squares and 3 blocks from the famous Street car (elevator). Shops and restaurants. There was even a great Tapas Restaurant right across the street.

Miguel and Fatima were great hosts and communication was excellent. The property looks as shown, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. In great location, very quiet street but close to transportation, grocery stores and places to eat. Outside terrace was a great plus. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, spacious, comfortable
Property is well located on a restricted access street. Aside from the small challenge of getting your luggage in and out, it makes for a nice quiet stay with little to no traffic. The property is very spacious with a nice outdoor patio area and a fairly well equipped kitchen if you’re inclined to cook. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and markets within a short walking distance and the Time out market, train/metro station and Praça do Comércio are about a 10 min walk. Hosts are friendly and had plenty of good information and suggestions on places to eat etc..

Wonderful place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home is in a great location. It's close to a lot of activity, yet it's quiet. It's a very spacious house, and the outdoor living area makes it even larger. Fatima and Miguel were excellent and communicative hosts.

Fabulous experience
From the moment we first made inquiries about the property until the moment we left, the hosts Miguel and Fatima were helpful, professional and really went far beyond expectations in providing very personal and excellent service, including helping us arrange transport from the airport on arrival and to the train when leaving. The apartment was clean, comfortable and incredibly well-equipped. They really thought of everything and guided us to a nearby grocery store where we could purchase what we needed for our breakfasts and snacks. The beds were comfy, the shower hot, and there were enough good towels to meet our needs. The location is also excellent, a few steps from the Santa Catarina lookout, a short walk to the Time Out market, loads of good restaurants, the downtown shopping district, Chiado, and even walkable (though a bit further) to Alfama. We walked everywhere and the stairways up the steeper inclines were helpful. The restaurant right across the street (Fumeiro de Santa Catarina) is excellent but you’ll need reservations. We also ate at a good family-run, home style cooking place Toma La Da Ca, just few minutes walk away, and at an amazing, though a bit pricier place called Pastanga, where the chef greets you, the food is incredible, and the atmosphere charming. Lisbon is fun, interesting and staying at Fatima and Miguel ‘s Vrbo made our time perfect.

Great apartment in great location
This is a superb, spacious, clean apartment in an amazing location in central Lisbon. Located in Bica close to Barrio Alto it is a short walk to lots of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Although it is centrally located, it is tucked away in a small street so amazingly quiet, given where it is. The outside patio area is fantastic and I'd assume quite unusual for such a location. It is very spacious and well equipped. Communication from the owners Fatima and Miguel could not have been better. They are very helpful with advice and arranging transport, etc if you need it. All in all we had a grest stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This property is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as portrayed in the listing. The owner, Miguel greeted us at the property and reviewed the amenities. The location is very central within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
