Une location bien placée dans le quartier de Graça pour visiter Lisbonne

Location spacieuse et bien placée. Literie confortable. L’appartement mériterait un petit coup de rénovation (peinture aux murs un peu usagées, rien pour suspendre ses serviettes dans toute les salles de bain, tête de lit de la chambre parentale en faux cuir qui s’effrite dans le lit, canapé beige plutôt gris de salissure…) Mais malgré ça nous y avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits.

Overall the property was nice, quiet local area. Master bath had no lighting, and door did not shut. We didn't really use the amenities. 25 minute walk to downtown, but tram and bus stops nearby.

Terrible beds

The twin bedroom beds are rock hard. Two people in our group slept on the couches because of this. Management company made aware of this and their response was “the owner lives in China”. Very expensive for what you get. The unit was very basic in amenities. Floors dirty. FYI It’s on a very steep long hill. Looks nice but that is where it ends. We would definitely NOT recommend this rental to anyone.

Grand appartement confortable et bien placé placé

L appartement est très confortable et spacieux. Il se trouve dans le quartier de Graça à proximité de l Alfama. Le mytique Tram 28 est à 2 pas ainsi que les commerces de bouche. La literie est très bonne et l appartement dispose de 2 salles d eau et 3 wc. Il est idéal pour 6 personnes. Le nombre de couverts et verres est un peu juste mais c est un detail. Je recommande cet appartement dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Well equipped apartment near the city centre

A well kept and equipped apartment near the city centre. It’s a 15 min downhill walk into the centre, which meant a long uphill haul with cases from the key pick up place (wish we’d got a taxi). Apart from that, the apartment was great, very clean and well located.

Adequate accommodations.

The apartment met our needs but has a few things you should be aware of. At check in, if there is additional money owing, it has to be paid in cash. They wouldn't accept credit cards. The apartment itself is spartan. No place to hang towels in baths. Beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 are futon type - a mattress on a board. The showers don't work like showers. If you try, you'll spray down the entire bath. You'll need to hold the nozzle when you turn the water on. There are now hot pads in the kitchen and nothing beyond essentials for cooking and cleaning. The location was good with a couple of blocks to active streets and restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für bis zu sechs Personen sehr geeignet. Die Betten/Matratzen Empfinden wir als sehr komfortabel. Durch die Straße fährt ab den frühen Morgenstunden ein Bus. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern und die Fensterläden halten den Lärm aber gut ab. Die Stühle am Esstisch sollten erneuert werden, so auch wohl auch die Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Der Weg zur historischen Straßenbahnlinie 28 ist nicht weit, allerdings muss man einen Hügel Berg aufgehen. Für ältere und sehr junge Personen kann das beschwerlich sein. Allerdings fährt der besagte Bus nahe des Hauses ab. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Sehr komfortabel war der Check in, da wir den Fahrservice genutzt haben und Der Fahrer den Schlüssel bereits dabei hatte.
