The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and the second bedroom has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is near some of the city's most popular attractions. The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum and Quinta Pedagógica dos Olivais are just a short distance away, allowing visitors to explore art and nature. In addition, several restaurants and bars are nearby, including Espiga Dourada and Samurai, where guests can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. With its central location, this address is a great starting point for exploring all Lisboa offers.

It is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Ameixoeira station and a 14-minute walk from Lumiar station. This central location offers easy access to public transportation for exploring the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
