This river front apartment offers fantastic views from its windows.
It has fully equipped kitchen, 2 suites, parking, cable TV, unlimited WIFI access, comfortably accommodating 4 people.
Located in a private condominium with 24H security in the most iconic towers of Lisbon in Parque das Nações, one of the most modern and exclusive areas of Lisbon, with many leisure options.
On top of Shopping Vasco da Gama, It couldn't be more central, 5 min walk from Oriente Station, near by you you will find gare do Oriente, where you can find all king of public transportations (train, undergroung, buses, taxis) and rent-a-car offices. Inside the Shopping, you can find a Big Supermarket many entertainment options, bars and restaurants.
The other side, you have Altis Arena, Aquarium and International Fair of Lisbon, places where are taken place many international events like web summit, Euro Festival contest song, ironman triathlon, marathons, etc.
FIL (Lisbon International Fair) and MEO Arena (Live concerts) are also 5 minuts away.

Excellent location convenient to the mall and many restaurants. Fantastic view of the river. The steps to the upper floor are not elderly friendly or the high entrance to the bathtubs. The size of the main bedroom is large with a convenient desk, recliner and TV.

Fantastic Stay in Parque Nacoes

The apartment was more than we expected. It was spacious and very clean with awesome views from the living, dining, kitchen, and both bedrooms which were on an upper level with 2 full baths. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Starbucks is across the street and a great mall with large grocery store was at our feet. The Oriente Train station is across the street along with the Metro. Ricardo, our host was gracious and full of great information and was alway quick to respond to our needs and questions. We spent a weekend in Porto and while we were away, he provided an interim apartment cleaning which we did not expect but was very nice. We stayed at the apartment for 10 days and it was all absolutely great. I highly recommend Ricardo and this apartment. The location was a 10 for us as it is close to everything and only a 20-25 min Uber ride to the city center.

Great property and responsive management

Lovely property that was sitting right over the top of the biggest mall in Lisbon with access to a large fully stocked grocery store restaurants and the Lisbon Metro / bus system all in walking distance.

traumhaftes Appartement mit einem grandiosem Blick auf das EXPO-Gelände

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und belohnt mit einem tollen Blick auf das Expo-Gelände und den Tejo. Die Lage ist optimal. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und das angrenzende Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt ist täglich, auch feiertags, bis spät am Abend geöffnet. Auch ist die Lage perfekt, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke und in 20 min ist man mit dieser in der quirligen Innenstadt. Das Appartement liegt dafür sehr ruhig. Wir konnten hier herrlich schlafen, auch bei geöffneten Fenstern. Unsere Kinder vermissen den tollen Blick aus der 19. Etage. Er macht süchtig. Einen lieben Dank auch an Ricardo. Wir kommen wieder!

Modernes Apartement in Top-Lage

Sehr gepflegtes Apartement auf 2 Etagen im Hochhaus mit phantastischer Aussicht (Expo 11). Sehr gute Anbindung an Flughafen, Altstadt, Sintra sowie Fernzüge. Freundliche, kompetente und sehr pünktliche Betreuung durch den Verwalter. Bezahlung sowie Abwicklung der Kaution ohne Probleme. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Excellent accommodation

We stayed in this property for a short break. The accommodation was excellent, with all the home comforts required. Easy to get to via the metro from the airport, with the added benefit of a large shopping centre on your doorstep for any of those items you've forgotten to pack!. Access to the centre of Lisbon is also very easy again via the metro. We would have no problem in recommending this property & would look stay here again should we return to Lisbon in the future.
