Quick trip

Very clean & large. Space was perfect for 4 of us. Short walk to Metro, store a few doors down. Very responsive to any outreach.

Very nice!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with two friends. It’s very spacious and quite cozy and clean! A little grocery store close to walk to if you like to make your meals, and the kitchen is good for that as well. Short walk to nice breakfast cafe and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is the street is a bit dirty with garbage, but no fault of this property. The property manager was very responsive and helpful! I would stay again!

Great backyard

The balcony was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned in quite a while. We finally found a broom to clean it and had to scrub the table. Some of the balcony chairs were broken. If hadn’t been for that the place would have gotten 5 stars

Ideal for two couples

Large sunny apartment ideal for two couples, large separate bedrooms and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. A beautiful building. It would have been nice to have a binder in the apartment detailing how things work i.e. washer, garbage, etc; and a recommended couple of nearby restaurants or other neighborhood places. A 20-25 minute walk from Rossio Square. Sparse decor in the living room with a sofa that has seen better days, nice balcony but broken chairs. Recommend the company send someone to stay once in a while to assess the property. Company was quick to respond with answers.

Appartement agréable et bien situé mais annonce erronée

Lors de la recherche sur le site, j'avais sélectionné comme critères prioritaires un logement en centre ville (ou proche centre ) avec piscine. Ce bien est apparu comme comportant une piscine, celle - ci était visible sur l'une des photos. Peu de temps après avoir réservé et en regardant le descriptif, la piscine n'y était plus, en revanche un jardin était mentionné. Lors d'une demande de précision par mail, l' hôte a indiqué que la piscine était réservée aux résidents.... Pendant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu accéder au jardin car une porte d'accès était verrouillée et non accessible aux locataires. Par ailleurs, il manquait le manuel d'instructions et les prestations étaient à minima (une seule serviette de toilettes, pas de gant). En conclusion, l' appartement est agréable mais grosse déception de ne pas avoir eu accès au jardin et à la piscine. Nous estimons qu'il y a une malhonnêteté quant à l'annonce. Une compensation financière serait la bienvenue.

Great location. Great for 2 couples.

Grocery store nearby & 2 great restaurants within a short walk. Large balcony to enjoy. Had to ask for hand soap, shampoo & bodywash. These were supplied within 24hours. There was only 1 coffee pod provided and after requesting, none were provided. Ventured out to buy our own. Was disappointed with the dirty floors. When we walked around barefoot our feet became very dirty. Started wearing shoes indoors.
