The check in and customer service was terrible. I told the manager at least 3 times that we would arrive at noon, and since check in was listed as 4PM we would leave our luggage until the room was ready. We arrived at noon and left our luggage. Host said room would be ready soon and she would send us a message when ready. No message came, so we returned at 4PM to check in. Room still not ready. We were told we would have to wait outside and room would be ready in less than 30 minutes, and she would message when ready. We went outside and sat on cold stone steps for 45 minutes, still no message. Went back to the room, the cleaning person said she was done but couldn’t find the host, she wasn’t in her office. Once we reached the manager and were allowed to check in it was after 5PM. Worst check in experience ever. Asked how to turn on shower, was told to ask security guard. Asked if there was a scale somewhere to weigh our luggage, she responded at midnight that we should ask at the airport. Worst Expedia experience ever!

Beautiful apartment with lots of light and a nice view. Communicative staff, knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and found this to be the perfect place to retreat to.

The apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and close to bus stop for short transfer to downtown; fast internet, multiple channels of tv programs, and relatively well equipped kitchen. The staff is responsive all the time.

Staff and location is the best, rooms are European standards. The rooms have a full kitchen with washer, but not dryer. Internet is so fast, modern design. The only downside is bed. If you are a big guy, it is hard to fit with two persons together. Lucky my wife is a tiny person :) LOL. So we fit just enough.

Great flats in central lisbon!
Great, calm location for family (and also pram friendly). Lovely, cosy, spacious flats. Great for families and also us with a baby. Friendly helpful service. Kitchen had good utensils but not fully stocked in order to cook anything big or more advanced. When we asked, they did however lend us a bigger pan (we only had a tiny one before). Would definitely stay again! Loved the decor too!

I loved this property for many many reasons. Great location where shared rides arrived within minuetes. Spacious, clean, renovated and well equipped rooms with washer/dryer being the star! Staff is not only available and willing to help all time but super nice and easy to communicate with. Security is present in the lobby at night despite is a very secure location since is across the street of the National Congress/Asambleia da Republica. Food options available in walking distance. Little pricey compared to other properties around, but definitely worth it!! Don’t rent a car in Lisbon, parking/driving is definitely complicated. Uber your best choice and super affordable. Beds confort a plus.

Perfect Lisbon Apartment
Outstanding location. Clean and modern. Easy communication. No daily cleaning or service but washer dryer in room. Only issue was 2x we had no hot water in the shower.

Luxe en sfeervol 3-kamerappartement. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je zou hier prima kunnen koken en bakken. Vanwege de fijne restaurants in de directe omgeving hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Het appartement ligt in een rustige en nette wijk. Je vindt hier meerdere restaurants, supermarkten en het Danish Coffee Lab met geweldige koffie en lekkernijen. De communicatie met het appartement is uitstekend. Vooraf, tijdens en in afronding van ons verblijf hebben we app-contact met Helena gehad. Allerlei handige tips en wetenswaardigheden kregen wij. Zij is een uitstekende gastvrouw. Je voelt je hier echt welkom. Een echte aanrader wat ons betreft.

Excellent apartment
This apartment was excellent 💎 Clean, spacious and well equipped. Location is great; a bus stop across the street, metro station within walking distance and grocery stores nearby. Staff were nice and helpful, we felt welcomed. Couldn’t wish a better place to stay! If you are light sleeper or sensitive to noises, you should know there are a restaurant on the street level and the music can be heard in the apartment (our apartment were on the first floor and the restaurants yard were right under our bedroom window). This didn’t bother us at all and the music was good 😀 I highly recommend this place 👍
