The stars are for Penelope who tried her best to help us out. I never received the automated email for registering and receiving the access code. I tried emailing and calling. Our flight was hugely delayed. We arrived the day after we left San Francisco. The automated system did not log my emails or vmails and cancelled our reservation instead with no notification. They did have an apartment available when we arrived, probably the one I'd booked. Penelope was not able to navigate the system to allow us to use it. I hopped back on Expedia, booked another place, hopped back into an Uber with all of our luggage. Check-in at the other place was seamless and very quick.

Overall a great place, but a couple of things would make a difference: a couple of shelves in bathroom and hooks for clothing/ bags. Very humid: paint peeling off in bathroom. Very convenient location

Stayed for 10 nights and loved everything about the apartment. We were close to everything, and didn't use the city's metro once. Staff was great and very helpful when we needed it. Keyless system was also super convenient. While technically there is no official reception desk, there was a staff member there almost all the time (and including overnight) so we felt really safe and that the building was secure. Nice to know: For anyone tall, the shower is nice and high (my 6'2" husband had lots of room to spare), and for the girlie's with long hair the water pressure was great. As others have mentioned, the storage in the bathroom is lacking, but having read them, I brought a small stand up travel mirror and made the dinning table my "get ready" area and it worked out great. Storage for clothes was excellent. At least 10-12 hangers (with pant clips) and lots of shelves so we were able to fully unpack and settle in. Being there for 10 days, we also made use of the laundromat that was just a block or so away which made packing for that long so much easier. The cleaning kit you get on check in though did provide a tide pod so you could do a small load by hand in the sink if you needed to. There was also a great market just down the road so we were able to pick up the essentials we needed (tea, milk, beer, wine, snacks etc.). Overall we'd highly recommend the Libere and would book again without hesitation if we are ever lucky enough to get back to Portugal.

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is that it is quite a bit of a hike up hill to get there so I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues unless you take a taxi or Uber to get to the apartment; otherwise, it was perfect and I would stay there again.

The only thing I did not like was ever 3 day was the cleaning and 2 rolls of toilet paper was a problem. I would have to request more toilet paper every day or raid the cleaning cart for paper.

Great experience - easy check-in/check out process and provided a sweet little welcome treat. The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms; it appeared very new and was nicely decorated. Conveniently located as well and would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible stay! The apartment was clean, brand new, amenities top-notch, comfortable bed! Staff was super friendly, and the location was safe and quiet but still super close to the nightlife. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

It’s located close to tram and a park with beautiful view of Lisbon lower city. Very walkable to many historic sites of the city. I love the convenience of self check in and being able to access the room by either a PIN code or by the app on my phone.

Sehr gute, moderne Unterkunft in einer Nebenstraße in Bairro Alto. Das ist zwar das Partyviertel, aber in der Nebenstraße ist es ideal. Für Leute, die Party haben wollen ideal gelegen. Aber auch für uns als Familie mit Kind (5 Jahre) sehr gut, da die Lage und Anbindung sehr gut ist und man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts von außen mitbekommt. Klimatisierung natürlich vorhanden. Ausstattung Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Toaster, Kapselmaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, alles einwandfrei und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr unkomplizierte Buchung und der Code für Eingangstür und Zimmer kommt vorab per Email. Wir hatten den früheren Zimmerzulass (12 Uhr) zugebucht und das war auch ohne weiteres möglich. Im Grunde voll digitalisiert, so dass kein Kontakt für Check-In oder Check-Out erforderlich ist. Anfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Leider wurde ein lockerer Toilettensitz trotz Zusage innerhalb der 4 Tage nicht repariert (vielleicht lag das aber auch am Wochenende). Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden es auch wieder buchen.

Bra, rent och fräscht
Kändes helt nybyggt. Superfräsht med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Det enda att klaga på, om något var sängen som var lite smal. Vi saknade också extra täcken eller filtar och skulle också gärna sett att man fått påslakan istället för sånna vila runt en filt-varianten som man sparkar sönder under natten.

État irréprochable pour une super vue.
Très propre et bien placé sur les hauteurs de Lisbonne pour un panorama exceptionnel. Equipements neufs et complet. Literie un peu dur. Calme et sécurisé.
