Safe area, near all of our tours. Excellent location. Hotel clean and new. Air conditioning did not work. Rooms small, but normal to be expected from Europe. Beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

I was very pleased with my accommodations and the service I received at My Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon, Portugal. Andre was amazing I arrived super early 8:00am was jet lagged and he checked me in early. Rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. Polite staff and friendly Guiterem and Ronny were the best. I would definitely return to my story Figueira..

Pleasant stay
In a great spot, lovely room. We had a free upgrade on arrival, which was lovely. The downside to this was we only had a bath and not a stand up shower. Rated down because there was a dirty glass in the room, and our water wasn’t replenished when the room was tidied as we’d been told it would be. Overall I would recommend the hotel, fantastic value for money in a great locationz, would stay again if visiting Lisbon!

We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed the room. It was clean with great furnishing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Our corner room had two balconies (one in the bathroom) facing the main square Plaça da Figueira. The only issue we had was they the key card which the staff assisted us with. I would definitely visit this hotel again. Such a beautiful city.

This is a beautifully restored property right in the heart of the Center of Lisbon. There was construction right in front of the outdoor patio so it was noisy. There is a lot of dining options and transportation right there. The location is awesome. We really enjoyed the staff and in particular Vitor who was helpful and friendly.

Loved our stay here! Staff were friendly the food in the restaurant was AMAZING! room was clean the cleaners did a great job even had our pjs layed out on each side of the bed! Room was a bit dark tho definitely could have done with brighter lighting! Perfect location would definitely return!

Nicely decorated and conveniently located, quiet at night. However avoid room 103 it is very small for a double. To get in to cupboards you had to move side tables and to close the window shutters move everything off the desk. Very little room to walk around the end of the bed, and the mattress is very firm, not comfortable enough for a 5 night stay. The shower was good but the toilet was squeezed into a corner with a wall tightly in front of you, resulting in having to sit side on to the toilet seat. We ate dinner one evening and both of us had fish dishes, one plate was ok, although rather salty, but the cod option with polenta and rustic tomato sauce was a miserable option with dry polenta, a small watery sauce with a few crushed tomatoes and tasteless cod. We did tell the waitress but nobody appeared to be interested. It was an expensive disappointing meal. We did not eat here again as there were lots of good tasty restaurants in the city. The hotel was overpriced for the room we had and the poor meal received.

Close to everything
The location was excellent, close to all major sightseeing spots, bars and the metro. Great restaurant. The only negative was the size of my room, it was so small I had nowhere to store my suitcase but in the bathroom.

First trip to Lisbon.
The location of the hotel was excellent and in walking distance of most sights. The room was reasonably clean with a wonderful shower. We were provided a kettle, robes and slippers which was a really nice touch, however there was very little storage and this made our 4 night stay quite uncomfortable. We found the staff cold and impersonal and as first time visitors to Lisbon we needed suggestions as the best way to get from the airport to the hotel. We were told by Alphonse that the hotel provided a shuttle service for 35 Euro for 3 people. This service was a private service which charged more than double the normal taxi rate. Our experience was that the hotel was not warm and welcoming.

This hotel has pros and cons. It is located in beautiful Figuiera square and there are restaurants and shopping all around. Hotel and rooms were spotless. However, a basic room with a queen bed is extremely small! Not enough room for two people and two suitcases. No counter in the bathroom or anywhere to put your hand towel and a wall is so close to the toilet that you have sit a bit sideways on it or you could scrape your knees (I’m 5’6”). All in all it was a nice room but best for one person.

I would have given 5 stars, but there was an issue when checking in, and they did not have the room that I booked through Expedia available and would not upgrade without a fee. When booking with this hotel, make sure that you confirm that they have a safe, clothing closet, and the size bed(s) that you need.

Room was quiet and even though our room overlooked the square and was on a busy corner. Room was clean and well designed. Staff always welcoming, accommodating and ready to assist in English. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice cosy hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Super friendly staff. Only downside was the very very small room but it was super cosy despite the tiny size.

Modern, quiet and a little bit luxury
Great location in central Lisbon! Lovely modern hotel with wooden floors in the bedrooms and Rituals products in the bathroom. We got an upgrade to a corner room with square views and it was definitely larger than most rooms. It was super quiet and the bed was massive. Buffet breakfast was nice, and loved the mimosa option.

Nice hotel, excellent location. Would be nice if they provided some parking discount at the local parking garage, but we knew that there’s no parking and no discount. They forgot to refill coffee pods and tea bags in the room, but this is the only complaint that I have, which is not a big deal

I had only a one night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located. However the room is small. Uncomfortably small for two individuals. Also the AC didn’t work. It was stifling hot in the room.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Baixa neighborhood. Very central location with easy access to Rossio station and other transport. Rooms are large and very modern. There is a buffet breakfast offered in the Italian restaurant on ground floor; lots of variety but switching up of the menu would have been nice. Overall a very nice hotel if you’re looking at this area.

The hotel is right in the city center. Many of the restaurants or attractions are just 5 to 10 mins away. Lisbon Cathedral is about 15 mins walking. Really like the location.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - a couple of days the room was missed completely and on others, tea/coffee toilet roll was not replaced. When it was done however, it was to a high standard; very clean. The bed was VERY comfortable but quite small in length. I am 1.84m which is tall but not freakishly so but my legs were hanging off the end. A couple of the electrical sockets were not working. Lighting was a bit dark Tea and coffee selection was poor. Only two teabags for two people and mostly just fruit teas, no English Breakfast/Assam etc Heating/Air con did not work properly so had to get reception to adjust settings. They did so readily and happily but it took us almost a week to get it right! Blinds and triple glazing worked brilliantly but due to heating being too high we wanted to open them and then it was VERY noisy outside. Hotel can't do anything about Lisbon traffic though so can't fault them Shower was excellent. Hot and powerful. Restaurant was excellent - we are both veggie and had plenty of choice. Breakfast fantastic. Reception and waiting staff were also excellent - friendly and very helpful. We had a late plane and the hotel allowed late checkout AT NO EXTRA CHARGE - fantastic service.
