It would better if the hotel could provide kettle in the room for guests to boil hot water. It was absolutely inconvenient to take hot water from the restaurant downstairs. At the same time, we highly appreciated the staffs in the restaurant. They were very helpful with warmth smile especially the Asian lady with long hair and the manager.

Great hotel in great location

A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was spotless though not really spacious. It’s well equip and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and never failed to show their smiles.

This review is for only for Filipe. Thank you for being so warm and friendly to us. We felt bad for not getting to say goodbye to you even though we were there for only one night. You are a very nice person and we wish you the very best to you in your upcoming adventures. As far as the hotel goes, it’s decent. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Great location, room overlooking Rossio Square, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed. Bathroom needs to be updated; flimsy pre-fab shower stall. We had only I bottle of "no-charge" water when we arrived which was not replaced when room was serviced. So, yes, this is a 3-star hotel and you pay for its convenient location.

This property was great - room/bathroom was very clean, comfortable and ultra quiet. The only negative, no view (looked into a stairwell). Staff was very friendly and helpful (good restaurant and activity recommendations). Great location in the Baixa area, loved our stay, would definitely return. We did not take advantage of breakfast.

The bed was the only issue because it was large which was fine.But it was too large for the room.So it was hard to get around, but we managed. We asked for a better room on a higher floor with a better view.And we got it immediately. We were within walking distance to all the shops and sites and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast option was the best of all, they had a superb.Breakfast laid out every morning. It was wonderful.

The hotel is in the ideal space as all tours we booked were meeting within less than a 5 minute walk. Rossio square is a heartbeat area of the city. Very clean with excellent maid service. The front staff were always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good as I’m going to miss my morning cappuccino everyday. Definitely without hesitation I would stay here again

Room was very clean and comfortable with very strong aircon and great water pressure in the shower. Well located hotel that was walkable to almost everything, albeit in quite a touristy area. Port and pastel de nata on arrival was a nice touch. However, I think we got a bit unlucky with the room we were given as it was small, dark (with only a small window facing a wall) and quite noisy due to being right next to the lift and cleaners cupboard. Couldn’t hear outside the hotel at all but not the best soundproofing to other hotel guests/ cleaners etc.
