Overall, we loved the hotel, great location downtown. The hotel is actually made up of two separate buildings in close proximity to each other. We were in the second building. The main issue was the fact that you have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the elevator. This could be very troublesome for people with heavy luggage or with accessibility issues. But the staff at check-in were very friendly and helped us with our bags to the elevator, and again when we checked out. We booked our transfer back to the airport with the staff at the front desk; This was very easy and convenient.

The staff were warm and inviting and so welcoming when we arrived. Always friendly and very helpful. Gave us recommendations, and patiently assisted us when we blew a fuse plugging in an appliance in our room. We had a wonderful stay.

This hotel was even more perfect than expected from the Expedia listing. Don't let the charming older exterior fool you, the interior is completely updated, sizable room and bathroom, even a little sitting area, and very comfortable bed, with every feature you could want to feel spoiled on a vacation. The location is is fantastic between Alfama and Baixa-Chiado, we walked everywhere from sightseeing all day to a boisterous nightlife. FYI it feels very safe there even when wandering back late at night so walkability is 10/10. There is a wide variety of dining and shopping just outside your door, and the river is a minute or two walk down a beautiful tiled street. The metro station is right in Rossio Plaza if you want to go further. The staff were beyond friendly and have a surprise welcome I won't spoil for you. They even do a quick review of the main sights near your hotel as they go over a map they provide. Such a great experience we could not recommend this place more for your Lisbon adventures!

The location of this hotel was amazing; only steps away from the Santa Justa Elevador, and a block from the famous Rua Augusta, it was right in the middle of most of the tourist attractions in Lisbon. The staff was amazing; they were always ready to help and give us tips. The hotel is immaculate; the rooms are cleaned every day to a T. Being a person who values cleanliness more than luxury I was very happy. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend it.

Everything is good. However, coffee capsules & water is only offered on per stay basis. I stayed for 5 days & only get 1 bottle of water. There is no kettle in room too.

Modern well kept hotel in the heart of it all, Walk to every tourist attraction , tram car, metro, bus stop or call ride share. room and rooms are clean, quiet and fairly new. Its a small place in the central part of old town but dont let that be a deterrent. Breakfast is nicely laid out but may not appease everyone. The front desk area is small but well staffed, helpful, and well mannered.

I had an excellent stay at Rossio Plaza Hotel. The staff especially Matheus was so helpful, welcoming, and charismatic. Matheus immediately stored my luggage away as I awaited check in and seamlessly conducted my check out. Furthermore, the hotel is close to everything and has many great restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and spacious for Europe. I would stay here again!

The room I stayed in looks modern and enough space and amenities for one person. The window looks directly into another property which is under construction I didn’t bother opening the curtain. As I am out enjoying the sites and culture most of the day this did not bother me too much. Welcome pasties de nata and a drink at the reception. Another bottle of water and four coffee pods FOC - are nice treats when you get in your room 👍.

Really great location, right amongst everything yet the rooms were still really quiet - we were on the first floor facing the busy main road and couldn’t hear much of anything. Clean, well equipped and really spacious which is a rarity in Lisbon at this price point. Would definitely stay again!

The room I had was at the top with the gable window. The ceiling was as low and the room was very tiny. It would be a challenge for two people so I am glad I was solo. I think there are better options and better prices elsewhere. Coffee maker in the room was a nice touch and the bed was devine.

This is an great hotel with friendly, helpful staff and very clean and comfy rooms. The only thing that lets the place down (and it's not really within their control) is the lack of a bar/restaurant to relax in. The breakfast room (a very small space that's basically a converted hotel room) is all you have, so there's not quite the common area feeling for reading, drinking and relaxation. That said, there's dozens of bars and restaurants all around the hotel within 5 minutes walk, and the staff are on hand with excellent advice on where is friendly, good and popular.

Very nice hotel with excellent value in the heart of Lisbon (Baixa). Location is very convenient for accessing the Metro, restaurants and tourist/cultural attractions. Room condition/cleanliness was immaculate; breakfast was also excellent (though with very little day-today variation). Overall, highly recommended; would definitely stay again.

Really great location, super clean rooms that have everything you need for a short stay. Staff was very helpful and even carried our luggage up the stairs to the elevator, thank you! We know we are travelling here in February but would prefer the option of air conditioning in the room this time of year and not just heat as the room was a little on the warm side for us and we could not cool the room down.
