You'll find a private ensuite bathroom with modern fittings, fresh towels, and essential toiletries. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and all the basic dishware and utensils you’ll need for light meals. - Guests must complete a government-required ID form before arrival.
- Check-in is self-guided, with clear instructions provided after booking.
- Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
- If guests lock themselves out of the property or they do not place keys in the lockbox (If applicable) at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and to access it requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator available.
- Please note that a €100 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.
