  • Enjoy the perfect blend of contemporary comfort, panoramic views and a prime location in this bright, elegantly furnished one-bedroom flat, set in Lisbon’s most modern district, Parque das Nações.

    Surrounded by green spaces and just a short walk from landmarks such as MEO Arena and FIL, it offers quick access to the airport, the city centre and all essential services, in a tranquil, safe and sophisticated setting.

    Located on an upper floor of a prestigious gated condominium, this space combines elegance and modernity with a functional layout.
    With approximately 60 m² of well-designed space, it includes a spacious bedroom, a full bathroom, a cosy living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all bathed in natural light from large panoramic windows.

    The interior features clean lines, neutral tones and carefully selected quality furnishings.
    The accommodation also offers air conditioning in every room and lift access for added convenience.

    Directly in front of the building, guests will find a pharmacy and a large El Corte Inglés supermarket, ideal for everyday shopping.
    About a 5-minute walk away is the Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, which offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, a cinema, food court and hypermarket.

    Parque das Nações is one of Lisbon’s most sought-after areas, known for its riverfront, contemporary architecture and calm atmosphere. It is home to some of the city’s main attractions, including the Oceanário de Lisboa, Casino Lisboa, the Pavilhão do Conhecimento science museum, the riverside cable car and MEO Arena.

    The property is very well served by public transport:

Our condo/apt in Lisbon was great! It was clean, well-equipped and close to restaurants, shopping and the subway, which we used extensively while we were in Lisbon. Miguel and Cátia were very responsive and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent apartment, great location

We stayed for a couple of nights. The apartment appears to be brand new, and everything is clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is a big plus, of course. Close to all the local amenities, and there's a shopping centre within walking distance (5 minutes) with a train and metro station to the city centre just opposite. Great value for money.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt

Great location!

This is a lovely modern apartment perfectly located for someone who wants easy access to the city but doesn't want to be right in the middle of that chaos. Metro stations Moscovide and Oriente are almost equidistant away, an easy walk. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Having access to underground parking was a bonus on our last day! Definitely a place we would return to.

Your home with a great view

Immaculate and well equipped. We were met by owner, who provided helpful information about resources in neighborhood, which is safe, modern and full of places to eat. A great place to return to after visiting in old town areas. Easy access to metro, train and bus. Excellent supermarket just a short walk away. Indeed, there are great views. Would love to go back !!

Modern and very beautiful apartment

Clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of light in every division. The living-room is bright and beautiful and the bedroom is very convenient with a large bed. As for the kitchen, it is equipped with everything that is necessary. Just 5 minutes away from the underground and with lots of shops and cafes nearby.

Very clean and comfortable!

I liked that the bed was comfortable and that it had a tub for soaking after walking several miles per day. Miguel provided excellent communication. Also, many thanks for the bottles of water! I would recommend this apartment as it was close to a large shopping center and the metro.

A holiday to remember

We spent 4 nights in this apartments and we wish we would have spent more :) It is a really cool place - two metro stations away from the airport (we had a late flight and being home very soon after landing was extremely useful) and one station away from Vasco da Gama shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need and you will certainly feel at home. It's clean and it has a whole lot of all-size towels (I love it!). Miguel and his wife are great hosts and very friendly. Ah, and the view is absolutely incredible indeed!

This apartment is just wonderful!!

This apartment is just wonderful. Very bright, spacious, clean and extremely well kept. The location was perfect for us and being quite close to the metro station means it’s easy to get to the city centre. Miguel is super friendly and helpful. Communication was perfect and checking in and out was a breeze. Four people can all sleep comfortably because there's a good quality sofa bed in the living room. We cooked every night and the kitchen is well appointed. Highly recommended!
