As a rule and a good eco-comfort compromise, we only change towels , when they are wet, on request or if they are on the floor or not hanging. It is a pity we were not made aware of this during your stay so that we could immediately ask housekeeping to change your towels. These situations, unfortunately, do not reflect on the service we aim to provide. We would have hoped to get feedback regarding our other services, which we hope were at par with your expectations.
