Designed for those who value comfort, style, and convenience❤️, this premium flat offers an elegant urban retreat with a private balcony, secure parking, and seamless access to the Metro and bus.
⚠️CAUTION: Works are going on in an apartment 3 floors above which may cause noise during the day. This is out of our control but if it happens we will refund 20% per night affected to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the noise. The work is expected to last until July 2025.
