nice property, but a homeless encampment near by. as a single woman i was only a little concerned when walking to get some food late night a few blocks. felt safe in daylight.

Our room was spacious. Bed was comfortable room was very clean and staff friendly. The location of the hotel seemed to be in a bad area. There was homeless tents set up a block away. We heard sirens all night long. We didn’t feel comfortable after dark Going to look for a place to eat.

Was in Lisbon for a 24-hour layover. Hotel kindly held my luggage when I arrived before check-in and the staff gave me a map of Lisbon and a bunch of wonderful suggestions. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was amazing, highly recommend.

The WC was very clean and the theme draws you in. The designs and aesthetics of the hotel are fascinating. Everything ties into the shower/bath theme extremely will from the room shape to the bed and even the lobby with its tub counter. Would definitely book again and refer a friend.

Good hotel, that’s clean and tidy. We had an issue with the AC on the first day that took a day to resolve however it was fixed and great as the weather was 34 degrees! Great location and close to the metro which is easy to use and get to all locations. Would stay again.

Good for couples
The wc is a nice themed hotel. I think it's best suited for couples. The bathroom design is unusual and could create an awkward situation for some.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The helped me make reservations at traditional Portuguese Fado restaurants. They answered my questions about public transportation and have me recommendations for restaurants and patisseries. They were so welcoming and friendly!

Small boutique hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, location ok, but not best, our double room was cramped with bed against a wall, really only suitable for 1 person, with no room to lay/open a suitcase. Overpriced drinks.

This is a gorgeous hotel - the room was nice, clean and had really good amenities. It’s also very easy to get into the centre of Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely return

We had an early arrival and the staff were very helpful letting us check in early. The location was very convenient, easy to get to from the airport and within walking distance to the central downtown. We found our room to be very clean, and the entire establishment had a very spa like feel and smell. Overall, I would recommend the WC to friends and stay again.

Very quirky but nice hotel. The ONLY small criticism was that the hot elements of breakfast were not kept hot just warm bot other than that it was a perfect stay

Bathroom concept theme is great. Location next to metro is excellent. Friendly staff. You need to know the person you are sharing with very well, as the toilet and the shower cubicles are within the bedroom!

My partner and I enjoyed our time at the hotel and the location was great and the Superior room was nice. You'd have to be really be comfortable with whoever you share

Very unique concept and overall great place to stay. Staff we’re welcoming and informative. Hotel location is good, not much around in terms of restaurants/supermarkets etc. But only a short walk to Rossio. Hotel has excellent facilities along with a communal rooftop terrace overlooking the hills. Amazing for our first trip to Lisbon, would recommend The WC Beautique Hotel to everybody.

Ideal hotel for short visit to Lisbon
