“The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends.”

“l'appartement est d'un confort de couchage idéal, très bien agencé, très propre, avec tout le confort. la déco est extra sobre et joyeuse. Nous y sommes très bien accueillis. Et le gérant joignable très facilement.
Les commerces environnant sont super il y a une épicerie en bas de l'immeuble des cafés et restaurant très bons et la situation est idéale.”

“Our hostess, Laura was so communicative prior and during our stay there. The place was impeccably clean. It couldn’t be more convenient to see the city. There was a restaurant right out our door. She gave all kinds of resources for how to enjoy our stay there. It was a phenomenal stay! Laura greeted us when we arrived and even carried our suitcase to the door.”

“The flat had major contraction in the stairwell, the hot water only laster 10 min, not enough for two people to take a hot shower, the tv remote had dead batteries, the electricity when out when I pugged in the below dryer, the toilet seat was broken, the was water coming in from the walls, the place was really bad”
