Just a few steps away, the Lister Watt invites you to take long walks along the beach while experiencing unspoiled nature in all its splendour. The Friesenhaus itself is a masterpiece that blends tradition and modernity. Every level, every detail is thoughtfully designed, blending the charm of bygone eras with a contemporary lifestyle.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an inviting entryway with a high ceiling in the traditional old-building style, which, together with the coat closet and a separate guest bathroom, immediately conveys the historic charm of the house.
The living room stands out for its exceptional architecture and the breathtaking view of the surrounding heathland from every window. The spacious layout and impressive ceiling height create a light-filled atmosphere that will immediately captivate you.

Another highlight is the covered terrace, which echoes the original archway and allows you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air in almost any weather. Spend balmy summer evenings outdoors or wind down the day in the separate sun deck nestled in the heart of the heathland, where a seasonal beach chair (April–October) awaits you.

The luxurious living and dining area, featuring a real wood fireplace, impresses with its open-concept layout, which is flooded with natural light. The elegant, custom-built kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and high-quality Miele appliances, inviting you to enjoy culinary experiences. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The large, gallery-style patio doors lead to the south- and east-facing terraces and create a unique, cosy atmosphere, further enhanced by handcrafted built-in cabinetry and real wood floors.
