“The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great parking spots and we had access to amenities at Litchfield by the Sea resort. The beach was a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. Although we do not have kids the pool area was amazing.”

“We had a great time during our stay. The beach was such a short walk away, and the area was quiet and relaxing. The place was clean and comfy. I'm keeping this at the top of my short list if we visited the area again.”

“The reception desk was staffed with very friendly, nice people. We asked if an early check in was possible and they were quite agreeable which was a nice surprise. ”

“Overall, the stat was perfect for our family. The kids loved the easy access of the pool and beach. The unit itself was great as well. There is most of what you would like to see as far as kitchen appliances, except for a counter oven/air fryer combo device. That addition would be helpful for cooking/heating up small quantities rather than using the larger oven. We did not realize the unit has an ice machine as well! Very handy packing coolers for the beach/pool.”

“Check in was extremely easy and access to the beach was within walking distance. The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay.”

“Great 4th of July stay for our party of 4. Walking distance to the office check in area and the Starbucks and ice cream shop. We had family staying in a different area, so we rented a golf cart which was convenient for getting around within the gates. The pool is within walking distance and was not crowded. The photos shown are old or not for this unit (in a good way). The unit had an upgraded kitchen, appliances and lots of beachy touches. Morning coffee on the back porch was relaxing.……

“The condo was perfect for our stay. The place had everything we needed as well as really nice additions. Soft towels, plenty of small appliances, and so much more. Lazy River was outstanding! Thanks for helping to make it a nice vacation.”

“GreatPlace! Only thing missing is a Keurig. ”

“Great unit. I was there for an annual event so I’ll be looking for a repeat stay next year.”

“Location is good. Very close to beach access. ”

“Very clean well kept ”

“Condo was comfortable and exactly as advertised, however was not stocked with adequate supplies, necessitating a trip to the store.”

“A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. ”

“The beach and pool access were great. We had a water heating issue and the on site maintenance team handled the issue same day we reported it, excellent service. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.”

“The unit has everything you need, more space than expected, and very good weather- and sound-proofing in a large complex that still offers fairly quiet beach and pool time. The guest beds could use new mattresses, but they’re still ok.”

“Great property and a wonderful spot on the beach. Will surely consider it again for another stay in the area. Thanks!”
