"Afroditi was an amazing host, we had such a wonderful time staying with her in Agia Effimia. We were welcomed, shown around our room and given detailed recommendations of things to do on the island. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean and had a fantastic view of the marina. Her son, Gregory also has a fantastic cafe on the front with a discount for guests staying at the Ionian suites - the food was great. We had a lovely time, and we will definitely be back. Immaculately clean, the villa has everything you need, and its size means it's just such an easy place to spend your days idling. Plenty of comfortable shady sitting areas, nice views across the valley and a few minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Agia Effimia.Great owners too :)"

"We had a wonderful week at Rodakino. Kostas was incredibly helpful and the apartment is delightful. We cooked some lovely meals and wandered just across the road to swim - usually three times a day. It was the perfect place to stay in a lovely village. We hope to return soon. "

"As a family of 4 with older teens we loved staying in this well managed apartment. Th view from the balcony was incredible not to mention the double aspect view from our double bedroom. Every morning we walked the 30 metres to the sea and swam from the rocks. There is a perfectly placed bar just below the apartment with tables on the sea wall and shade from an olive tree. The owner of the apartment was very helpful, even bringing us homemade cake one day. We loved Agia Effimia for its peaceful relaxed vibe and seafront restaurants- the Poseidon for its outstanding calamari and brilliant customer service deserves a mention. Thanks for a lovely stay "

"I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "
