In town you will find Wilbur's General Store which carries pretty much anything you need, a family restaurant -The Commons Lunch, A-1 Pizza, Post Office, Bank and ATM as well as the Community Center and the Brownell Library which always has something going on.
There are also 3 churches right in the Commons for Catholic, Episcopal or Congregational Worship.
The "Pharm" is a 10 minute drive to Sakonnet Point where you can buy fresh lobster or launch your boat or kayak to explore Sakonnet Harbor and view Newport across the river as well as the Sakonnet Lighthouse.
