What a beautiful place! We stayed in the barn and the room was spacious and had a beautiful view onto the grounds and round pond. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We took walked to the beach one day and took bikes the next.

Place is nice, the staff helpful, has a limited continental breakfast and it is not so close to Newport as I thougth. But it is a nice small hotel good for taking some days off in a relaxed environment.

Everything was immaculate. The property and views were nothing short of stunning and relaxing. The whole area really is a hidden gem in R.I. My only gripe was the mattress in our room was pretty uncomfortable.( especially for the price)

Room was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly professional and prompt when checking in and out and anything else we needed during our stay. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but good, kids were a bit picky about it. Quite area. Only downside was everything is a drive. The beach is a bit of a walk or bike but the beach itself was nice and not overcrowded. Definitely worth the stay and would recommend and return in future.
