"Beautiful two-bedroom home about 50 yards from Tropic of Cancer beach on Little Exuma. The host was extremely nice, check-in was easy, and even floatable inner tubes were provided for the beach. Would definitely stay again in the future. "

"We had a blast. The beach access was incredible. There were several families who drove 30 minutes multiple days to hang out at Tropic of Cancer Beach…and we had it on our front door!The house was the perfect set up for us (family of 4) and Richard & Shauna were perfect hosts (communicated and responded to questions). We typically don’t go to the same location twice for vacations but have already talked about making an acception to get back to the Osprey. "

"Two families, 8 total people, shared this space for a week and it was heavenly! Though we rented a boat for excursions, went to TOC and had a guided excursion, the beauty and seclusion offered at Papaya House are phenomenal. One can stay at the home and experience wonderful privacy and beauty. The house itself was well furnished with soaps, towels, linens….all the start-up items you would expect. We chose not to rent a car and had no trouble getting a driver to Little Exuma. The cabana and hammock are added perks of the home. It was most definitely one of our top, of not the top, vacation we’ve experienced. Thank you!"

"This house was perfect. Most amazing location, view, and staff! Judy was always very quick and responsive. We ended up going with the meal service daily for breakfast and dinner and Larissa and Nancy are incredible! Took care of everything for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), which made it feel like a true vacation. 10/10 would recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful Tropic of Cancer beach is steps away. The house was clean with a modern design and modern appliances. The pool was warm and clean. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars…the house stated it had beach chairs but there were only three (for a house that sleeps 6) and one was rusted and broken. We were given a code to the guest locker for beach items but it didn’t work. The microwave stopped working. Our local host was not responsive to email. I did call but no follow up or resolution. Otherwise Exuma was wonderful. "
