「This property is a renovated Lower East Side tenement building from the late 19th/early 20th century. It contains 20 or so units. The vibe is of a small hotel, though the front desk is virtual, so you really feel as if you're staying at your own pied-a-terre in the city. The room was well appointed and very clean. 「The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. "An average hotel, that while close to Times Sq and transport is not in a very nice area. The hotel lobby was a crowded zoo at all times of the day, expect to queue for lifts almost always. We had a room on the 3rd top floor, Saturday night we barely slept with thumping music from the rooftop bar. I can only imagine what those in the rooms above went through The room itself was comfortable enough, the bathroom is tiny but in decent condition. If you get a good deal this hotel may be acceptable. "
