"Nice room, lovely sea view, bathroom very nice and clean, staff very helpful on check in- communal areas a bit tired and could do with a refresh. Evening meal was fine, bar area wants setting up to feel a little less like sitting around a huge dance floor! Lovely space but needs using better"

"Very tired building. No lift, zero atmosphere. Abandon hope all ye who enter. Breakfast 7 to 9. At 8.30, no croissants, pot porridge, one congealed fried egg, potato cakes dried to a crisp, sausage meat instead of a sausage. Truly appalling."
