"Basic room in an older building. Nice small motel in a beautiful wilderness town."

"The house is quite beautiful and in excellent condition. There aren’t many houses available with four bedrooms, which is what we needed. In some ways, there were five bedrooms. The fifth is accessed via one bed room by going through a large walk-in closet, down a hall a bit, and then you’re in an additional standard room. It worked extremely well for my son, his wife and two children. One of the bedrooms on the main floor was a little small, which made it a bit warm. However, there were a number of floor fans available, which allowed comfortable sleeping despite a warm room temperature. I would definitely recommend this house and would happily stay there again. It has excellent access to Ely, the bear center, and the wolf center."

"Wonderful property! Very clean and organized. Everything we needed close at hand. Super comfy beds which was great after a long day of fishing! Easy and quick communication with owner. Right in the middle of town and close to everything. Spent a week here and it was a wonderful place to come home to everyday after being on the water all day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a neat, clean and beautiful place to stay! Really enjoyed watching the deer off the back deck early every morning."

"Wonderful property! Excellent location, close to many cool shops, and a great coffee wine bar. Everything is as described, very very clean, well appointed and unexpectedly comfortable beds which is one thing I’m always concerned about when traveling. Check in and communication with the host was very easy and any/all responses were fast. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Ely."
