"We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the fire pit was awesome and a great highlight of our visit. The centralized location made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we really enjoyed our time here. "The location was quiet and secluded which is just what we wanted. The pond actually had some good fishing despite how small it turned out to be. We didn't use the hot tub but found the house to be very cozy and equipped with just about everything one could need. The house had some very interesting acoustics which was a funny discovery. We loved the electric recliners. Great wifi and good cell service (Verizon). Google Maps took us right to the property. We did some hiking up at Grayson Highlands and closer to the cabin. The property had some short hiking trails and I also walked down to the highway a couple times to get in additional steps. There wasn't much we wanted that wasn't provided or available at the house. We were rained out one day and some covered outside seating would have made it perfect. Overall we were very pleased with the house and the property and would definitely recommend it to others."

"I was in the cabin with my adult daughter, and we gave this property 4 stars. Cabin true to pictures, nice rustic mountain cabin Great views, remote location Professionally managed, nice welcome cards, etc New grill tools, new toaster Log fire in living room prepared Fair price for what you gotTo make it 5-stars, some of the following would need to be addressed- Gas grill with view vs charcoal at back of house by road- Coffee K-cups or similar- Aspects overly rustic, such as only plastic bowls for fruit, salad etc. - No 14-page contract (I am on vacation... :) )"

"This stunning cabin was everything we were looking for. Remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Yet close enough to civilization. SO MUCH to explore although there is no reason to leave the property. It has everything. I am so happy we chose Lansing. We'll be sure to be back! Hal and Margie, the hosts with the most! Two thumbs up "
