"Loved the room and that the bathroom had a private door for toilet and shower. Enjoyed a tv that you could swivel around the room. The restaurant on the top floor is five stars, delicious!"

Now the owners are filing an inflated claim for cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches that would occur on a brushed black stair case that can easily be sprayed with thin coat of paint or poly). "
