Everything was great. The room was nice and clean with a few minor issues. The young Indian lady started off nice until my son 200 dollar shoes came up missing out the room. i asked about them she claimed no one been in the room, but we had fresh towels everyday make that make sense. Make sure take your valuable when you leave.

Convenient and Clean

Easy stop and conveniently located off I-30 for a last minute stay. Service desk was helpful when there had been a misunderstanding about the room I originally reserved.

Superb Staff

As always I enjoy each time I stay here. This is by far the best hotel. The staff here are above and beyond friendly and I love the fact that they remember me so it saves a lot of time when checking. I enjoy being greeted by the staff here. They are more like family. That's how much Ive stayed here. They are great the rooms are perfect.

Not the worst

Not the best side of town but very accessible being it is right on the interstate. You can te l on arrival it isnt a 3 or 4 star hotel quick. They are remodeling some so its a toss up if you get a good room or you get the kickstand. I will say for the most part its quiet, the jnterstate can be heard though.

No one is at the window when you arrive to check in and also the room come with one pillow and sheets and covers that aren't even thick enough to keep you from being cold. AC/Heat barely works in the room I noticed when I checked in. Also positive I got is the water is absolutely hot for you to take a shower and relax.

The individuals inside the office don’t speak or acknowledge you positively. No genuine customer service skills. My room had trash from the previous renters including 3 beer bottles and a roach .

Not worth the cheap price.

We looking for cheap room for an unplanned over night stay in Little Rock. We were not looking for luxury. But this place was a mistake. The TV and and satellite receiver were buth un plugged. The tv was nasty, like smears all over it. The bed was more like a king size cot. The A/C control buttons were busted out. The noise from the interstate by both emergency vehicles and big trucks woke us several times through the night. And the other patrons of this establishment were not the type to care about quiet time outside in the parking lot.

The first night the young woman who checked me in was very kind and I was met with a smile. Unfortunately my car broke down and my boyfriend and myself were dependent upon someone else for a ride. Our plan was to get the room for another night and again unfortunately this did not work out. Management came to our door at11 and agreed to let us stay in the room until our ride arrived. Due to him not being able to arrive until 1-1:30, we were asked to give a$25 deposit upon this stay which was definitely understandable. We were told as long as we left by checkout or paid for another night by checkout we would receive the deposit back the next day. This did not happen and the same kind and cheerful young woman who greeted us with a smile began to yell and say deposits have always been their policy. I I have stayed here before and never have had to pay a deposit. As far as the room, I swept and mopped the floor. I am not a "must be spotless" person but our feet were sticking to the floor. When I asked staff for towels and soap I was told "a woman should not need soap for at least two days" and a bar was tossed at me in the room and the heat did not work. The tempature dropped to 32. All of this seemed to happen when our car broke down and we stayed past checkout time which was approved by the same staff person. I have never given a review like this but feel a person should be given dignity and respect, as long as the guest/customer remains civil and respectful.
