Front desk at check out said he would talk to management about a credit, but no one will call me back. Hotel has great activities to keep kids entertained. Basketball, pickleball, mini golf. Breakfast was great! And the staff at the breakfast was so friendly and kind. "

"Booked king room, got a double queen, and had to keep it due to unavailability. They had to come fix the air conditioner. Smelt like sewer outside terribly. Had no hot water for a shower at one point. Mountain View room had no Mountain View. "
