「Host is horrible. Our heat in the basement apartment was freezing. We had to buy a space heater to keep warm. We contacted the host and he got back to us Sunday morning at 3 am. There were trash bags piled up outside by hot tub. We got in Saturday night and the tennants upstairs were smoking pot so the basement reeked of weed. 「If you're choosing this hotel because of the Marriott brand and its reputation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The property itself is fairly new, and that shows in some positive ways. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

「This house was so comfortable and well-stocked for a long stay. Laura was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We loved the back yard deck with furniture and an awning. It was a great place to hang out, relax and observe nature. The location was great too, with easy access to C-470, Wadsworth and downtown Littleton. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were nearby. Fabulous stay - highly recommend.」
