The location was wonderful, the space was beautiful, and the service was impeccable. There's were cookies waiting for us when we checked in, multiple types of coffee for the morning, and great communication from the team. I would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for a quaint, beautiful, clean place to stay this is it!!! I can not say enough about the entire experience of our stay. The outdoor space was a huge bonus and a great place to have ur morning coffee and night cap. If you appreciate attention to detail and lots of extra perks, this is the place you will find it!!!

We loved our stay at the Duncan house! The location is perfect, just a block or two walk to the main street in Littleton with lots of restaurants and shops, and quick highway access. Very nicely renovated historic house which comfortably slept our family of five. The hosts were fantastic and responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful and attentive. Great place to stay!

This house was remarkable. From start to finish the hosts were so kind and friendly, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy. The photos really don't do it justice- a historic home that's been modernized while still honoring the vintage aspects. My partner laughed and said, "Oh no, this is your actual dream home," and genuinely it was. It was hard to only stay for one night, I would've gladly stayed longer. It's a beauty, and since I have a close friend in the area when I visit this is the only place I'll ever stay. Cheers to the hosts, an overall wonderful experience.

My husband and I just concluded our visit to downtown Littleton and visiting our grown children. We stayed at Duncan House. The visit couldn’t have gone any better. The photos and description were spot on. The outdoor living area had as much impact on our stay as did the interior of Duncan House. All was tastefully decorated with comfort and traffic patterns kept in mind. We walked to Main Street everyday and some days multi-times. I did have to work occasionally and the internet access and speed were greatCommunication with the owners was easy and timely. This property is worth the price. Would absolutely stay at Duncan House again.
