The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. "Wir haben zwei Zimmer (eines für unsere Tochter) in den Bali Suites gebucht. Optisch modern, zeigt der Alltag aber deutliche Schwächen. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Die handwerkliche Qualität ist mäßig (Fliesen), Zimmertüren schließen nur mit viel Schwung. Klima & Sanitär: In unserem Zimmer tropft die Klimaanlage...

"Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was...

"Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...
