Newly Remodeled Studio in Livermore with Hot Tub
Perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the heart of Livermore Wine Valley. The studio is newly remodeled with new appliances & fully furnished. Cozy 1br features a queen bed. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen plus BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and hot tub for your enjoyment.
*Livermore Downtown - .5 Miles
*50+ wineries, local breweries & golf courses - under 5 Miles
*Lawrence Livermore National Lab – 3 Miles
*San Francisco Premium Outlets – 5 Miles
*Del Valle Regional Park – 7 Miles
We welcome you to the studio & offer a complimentary bottle of wine.
The Space:
Private entrance to the studio with an open floor plan provides comfortable space for two.
Bedroom features a queen bed, USB charging on each nightstand, Smart 4k TV signed into Hulu live, Disney & Amazon prime and includes WI-FI.
Kitchen features gas stove, microwave, large fridge, toaster, Keurig with complimentary Keurig cups, cream, sugar, Brita water, essential dishware/utensils, oil, salt and pepper.
Shared outdoor space with plenty of area and seating
Guest access
Contactless self-check in to private studio entrance. Details will be provided after booking!
Other things to note
2 guest maximum, unless traveling with child or infant (see policy below).
No smoking/vaping allowed inside or on the property.
Plenty of street parking available on wide street.
Shared outdoor area, shared washer, dryer
You may see our friendly dogs from time to time.
Quiet time 10pm until 7am.
Please note the studio is attached to main house and the property is shared with a guest occupying a detached rental casita.
Child Policy: We are family friendly, please let us know if you plan to bring a baby or toddler and we can help make their stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Limit to 1 little one. No kids allowed in hot tub.
Everything listed in description is provided for your maximum convenience and comfort. Please report any damages as soon as possible. If any issues arise, we will do our best to take immediate action.

Comfy place close to downtown
Pleasant stay in a good location, quiet street. Host was attentive when we needed something. Enjoyed the hot tub on cool California evenings.

Would stay again!
Excellent place - well furnished with updated finishes + a nice ceiling fan that kept us cool. Hosts were responsive if anything was needed. Lots of street parking available. Quiet location close to freeways and downtown Livermore / grocery stores. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and coffee. Overall definitely a positive experience!
