「1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell) 2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying 」

「Overall impressed with the upgrade of the property and the upkeep of it. The staff and service personnel are very polite and all appear to be empowered to take care of the property. The only shortfall is the bathroom- the towels are lightwieght and the showerheads could use a refresher.」

「The environment is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff is very friendly, and it is a good experience overall. It's a pity that the bathtub is broken, otherwise the experience should be even better.」
